ABRAHAM J. HIDARY
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Abraham Hidary is responsible for leading the company’s equity and
debt financing. Under Hidary’s leadership, Hidrock closed over $2 billion
of real estate transactions in the office, residential, retail and hotel
sectors in the New York area.

Notable recent projects include the acquisition, repositioning and sale
of 960 Sixth Avenue; acquisition and development of 133 Greenwich
Street; and acquisition, renovation and sale of 240 West 35th Street.

To finance its transactions, Hidary maintains relationships with lenders
and partners throughout the country and around the world.

Hidary graduated magna cum laude at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms
School of Business, is a member of the board of directors for the
Garment District Alliance, and is a frequent speaker or panelist at real
estate events and conferences.


In addition, Hidary serves as trustee and co-chair of the Board of
Education of the Yeshiva of Flatbush, a N-12 school with over 2,000
students and 10,000 alumni since 1927.
