- Development range: 70,000 - 300,000 square feet
- Transaction size: minimum of $20,000,000

HOTEL/RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Located in Manhattan or Brooklyn
- Development range: 70,000 - 200,000 buildable square feet

- Land purchase range: $15,000,000 - $45,000,000
- Total project range: $50,000,000 - $150,000,000
